My aim was to keep the recipes from my family and friends not forgotten but going on to the next generations..

Ingredients

One and a half Turkish coffee cup olive oil
3 big fresh red bell peppers
2 cups bread crumbs
2 Tbsps. pomegranate molasses
Red hot pepper paste (6 full spoons, or more) (hot or sweet, to taste)
1 coffee cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons cumin +salt
1 small onion (optional) if all will be used same day.. 
1 and half cup walnuts

Directions

Put them all (except the walnuts) in food processor and mix well.. taste for salt and thickness

Empty the mixture in a bowl and blend the walnuts keeping them small pieces..
Mix all with a spoon. fill in a jar, cover the top with a layer of olive oil and keep refrigerated.

it could be frozen .
